【摘要】 It is important for cell analysis to comprehensivelyunderstand the nature of cellular biology.Here,the onion cell was analyzed using mass spectrometry combined with solid needle sample.It was found that bar-scratch copper probe showed good sensitive for onion cell analysis.This method was rapid and easy for cell analysis withouttime-consumed sample preparation and complex device.更多还原
