【Abstract】 The changes of rice metabolites are closely related to its genes and the environment stress,the metabolomics approach has been employed to investigate the unpredictable variations resulting from these factors.Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS) is an important tool to identify the metabolites of rice.In this research,LC-MS was utilized to analyze the metabolites of different varieties of rices,and some characteristic metabolites with difference were identified.更多还原
