电磁力辅助TC4/TA2钛合金扩散连接工艺研究

【摘要】 通过脉冲磁场提供瞬时高能电磁力辅助TC4/TA2板材扩散连接试验,采用光学显微镜研究连接界面的微观组织,利用EDS对界面处元素分布进行能谱分析,使用万能试验机检测了连接接头的剪切强度,应用扫描电镜对剥离界面形貌进行观察。结果表明:施加电磁力可以有效地提高钛合金板材的扩散连接质量,获得了良好的接头,缩短了连接时间;界面结合强度随着试验温度的增大先增大后减小,随着放电次数和放电电压的增大单调递增;随着界面结合强度的增大,剪切断口中撕裂棱所占面积增大,且有少量韧窝出现;在温度930℃、放电电压12kV、放电次数15次条件下,界面焊合率接近100%,铝元素扩散距离达到40μm,最大剪切强度达到231.5MPa。
【Abstract】 Diffusion bonding tests of TC4/TA2 sheets assisted by instant high energy electrical-magnetic force of impulse magnetic field were performed.The microstructure at the joint interface was observed using Optical Microscope(OM),and energy spectrum analysis of element distribution at the interface was conducted using EDS.The shear strength of joint was determined and corresponding morphology was observed through Scanning Electrical Microscope(SEM).The results have shown that,the given electrical-magnetic force enables to improve the joining quality of titanium alloy sheets significantly resulting in abetter joint and less joining time;The joining strength of interface,increases firstly and decreased afterwards with increasing test temperature,monotonically increases with increasing charging times and voltage.For a greater interface joining strength,the area of teared edge within the sheared fracture increases and a few dimples emerges.At a temperature of 930℃,charging voltage 12 kV and 15 times of charging,the percentage of seamed interface approached to 100%,the diffusion distance of aluminium element reached 40μxm and the maximum shearing strength was231.5 MPa.
