工业规模超临界CO2长输管道泄漏实验平台搭建及应用

【摘要】 碳补集与封存技术(Carbon Capture and Storage,简称CCS)是目前国内外公认的降低CO2排放量、缓解温室效应的最有效技术。在CCS技术产业链中,超临界及密相CO2在输运管道意外泄漏工况下的安全问题值得关注。建立了长260m的工业规模CO2长输管道泄漏实验平台,用以开展超临界或密相CO2在瞬间失压工况下,管内介质的特性参数包括压力、温度、相态等的响应规律,以及管外近场及远场CO2的扩散规律。研究成果为深入深刻理解CO2管道输运的风险,完善CO2输运安全理论提供参考。

【Abstract】 Carbon Capture and Storage is currently recognized as the most effective technology at home and abroad to reduce the CO2 emission,and to migrate the greenhouse effect.In the CCS industry chain,the safety problems of supercritical and dense CO2 under the condition of accidental leakage of transportation pipeline have to be focused.An industrial-scale experimental platform with a length of 260 m for CO2 pipeline leakage was established to study the responses of the medium characteristic parameters including pressure,temperature and phase state in the supercritical or dense phase CO2 pipeline under instantaneous depressurization process,as well as the diffusion law of CO2 in the near and far field outside the pipeline.Results can provide reference for understanding the risk of CO2 transportation,and for improving the theory of CO2 transport safety.
