超临界萃取分馏技术优化中间相炭微球制备
Supercritical Fluid Extraction and Fraction Based Approach to Enhance MCMBs Preparation

【摘要】 利用超临界萃取分馏(SFEF)技术将一种低温煤焦油分离,得到了一系列窄馏分,并对比了原料与窄馏分在热缩聚制备中间相炭微球(mesocarbon microbeads,MCMBs)方面的性能差异。结果表明,SFEF分离得到的窄馏分性质连续分布,随着萃取压力升高性质逐渐变重,尤其是残渣中富集了大量的甲苯不溶物(Toluene Insoluble,TI)。通过热缩聚产物对比发现,原料直接热缩聚得到的MCMBs球形度差,表面粗糙,而窄馏分到的MCMBs球形度好,表面光滑,残渣热缩聚只得到粗马赛克型体中间相。
【Abstract】 Supercritical fluid extraction&fraction method was used to separate a low temperature coal tar pitch into a set of sub-fractions,and the performance of raw material and its SFEF sub-fractions for MCMBs preparation was compared.Based on the property analysis data,it turned out that the properties of sub-fractions were continuously distributed and the higher extraction pressure generated heavier sub-fractions,especially that most of TI fractions were concentrated in residue.Characterization results proved that sub-fractions except for residue generated MCMBs with better morphology.However,carbonization of residue only produced coarse mosaic type bulk mesophase.
