表面活性剂对超临界抗溶剂法制备锰铈复合氧化物催化剂形貌的影响

【摘要】 本文将PVP、P123、CTAB、F127、PEG-6000五种表面活性剂引入超临界抗溶剂法(SAS)制备系统,进行了超临界相平衡研究、HRTEM、BET表征及低温选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝性能评价,从而筛选出适合无机盐的超临界制备系统的表面活性剂。研究发现,PVP和P123辅助SAS制备的MnOx-CeO2纳米球催化剂,颗粒间桥连、溶合现象明显降低且比表面积和低温SCR脱硝活性得以有效提高。
【Abstract】 In this work,five surfactants PVP,P123,CTAB,F127,PEG-6000 were introduced into a supercritical anti-solvent(SAS)preparation system.Supercritical phase equilibrium studies,HRTEM,BET and low-temperature selective catalytic reduction(SCR)deNOx performance were evaluated,so that the suitable surfactants for the supercritical preparation system of inorganic salts were screened out.It was found that for MnOx-CeO2 nanospheres catalysts prepared by introducing the surfactants PVP and P123,the interparticle bridging and fusion phenomena were significantly reduced,and the specific surface area and low temperature SCR denitrification performance were improved effectively.
