乳酸催化的甜高粱渣亚临界水热预处理工艺

【摘要】 为了利用甜高粱渣中的半纤维素组分以增加甜高粱燃料乙醇的收率,本文采用亚临界水热预处理方法预处理甜高粱渣,并探究乳酸对水解效果的影响。研究发现,乳酸可以增强甜高粱的亚临界水解过程,提高木糖浓度,且副产物发酵抑制剂的含量低于显著抑制发酵微生物活性水平。最优实验条件为:在180℃下,添加1.2 wt%的乳酸并处理40 min,木糖浓度最大为7.50 g/L。
【Abstract】 In order to make full use of hemicellulose components and increase the yield in sweet sorghum fuel ethanol process,sweet sorghum bagasse was as raw material pretreated by subcritical hydrothermal pretreatment method with lactic acid added.And the effect of lactic acid on hydrolysis was explored.It was found that the maximum content of xylose was obtained in 180℃for 40 min with 1.2 wt% lactic acid in the subcritical hydrothermal pretreatment process.And the.maximum xylose concentration was 7.50 g/L.It showed that lactic acid could enhance the subcritical hydrothermal pretreatment and increase xylose concentration,and the content of byproduct fermentation inhibitor is lower than that of significant inhibition of fermentation microorganism activity.
