苯并三嗪酮杀线虫剂先导的分子设计及活性

【摘要】 根结线虫(Meloidogyne spp.)是危害最严重的植物寄生线虫,每年给全球作物造成的经济损失超过1000亿美元。为了寻找具有高杀线虫活性的先导化合物,我们以苯并三嗪酮为核心骨架,通过合理引入一些活性片段,设计并合成了六个系列的苯并三嗪酮衍生物,同时对所有目标化合物进行了较为系统的生物活性评价,结果表明部分化合物显示出良好的杀线虫活性。
【Abstract】 Root-knot nematodes(Meloidogyne spp.)are the most severe plant-damaging parasitic nematodes,which cause an annual loss of $100 billion to world crops.To search for lead compounds with high nematicidal activity,six series of benzotriazinone derivatives were designed and synthesized by reasonably introducing some active fragments into the core benzotriazinone scaffold.Their bioactivities were also evaluated systematically and the results showed that some of them had good nematicidal activities.
