基于矢量水听器阵列的无网格波达方向估计

【摘要】 为解决矢量水听器阵列波达方向(direction of arrival,DOA)估计时,网格失配导致稀疏信号表示方法的DOA估计性能下降问题,提出了一种交替迭代加权最小二乘DOA估计方法。所提方法通过在稀疏信号模型中引入未知的离网偏差参数以减少粗网格DOA估计与真实DOA之间的误差。利用一阶泰勒级数展开式推导了含有未知离网偏差参数的矢量水听器阵列数据表达式。基于交替迭代加权最小二乘原理,构建了关于稀疏信号与离网偏差的目标函数,并且推导了稀疏信号与离网偏差更新的闭式解。另外,为提高信号的稀疏性,提出了一种稀疏信号补偿方法。仿真实验表明,相较于现有算法,所提算法提高了网格失配时的DOA估计精度。
【Abstract】 In order to solve the direction of arrival(DOA) estimation using the vector hydrophone array,the grid mismatch results in the DOA estimation performance degradation of the sparse signal representation method.An alternating iterative weighted least squares DOA estimation method is proposed in this paper.The proposed method introduces unknown off-grid parameters into the sparse signal model to reduce the errors between the DOA obtained from the coarse-grid and the real DOA.The expression of vector sensor array data model including unknown off-grid parameters is derived using first-order Taylor series expansion.Based on the principle of alternating iteration weighted least squares,the objective function of sparse signal and off-grid parameters is formulated,and the closed-form solution of sparse signal and off-grid parameter updating is derived.In addition,in order to improve the sparsity of the signal,a sparse signal compensation method is proposed.The simulation results show that compared with the existing algorithms,the proposed algorithm improves the DOA estimation accuracy in the presence of grid mismatch.
