天然蚕丝创伤敷料的制备及其性能研究

【摘要】 通常,创伤敷料对皮肤损伤修复与治疗十分必要。本课题通过选育和调控家蚕吐丝习性获得平整的天然蚕丝作为创伤敷料。该敷料拥有蚕丝蛋白的"原生态"特性,保持了蚕丝蛋白的天然结构和活性;另外,多孔的纤维网状结构,孔隙率达79%,具有良好的透气性;可降解性且降解具有pH响应性;及较强的机械强度,拉伸强度达9.6MP;良好的细胞相容性和细胞粘附性,可长期支持细胞的存活、增殖与迁移。结果表明,该蚕丝创伤敷料是一种潜在的优良皮肤创伤修复敷料。

【Abstract】 Usually, wound dressing is necessary for skin wound healing. In this study, a flat natural silk wound dressing was obtained from silkworms by breeding and regulating their spinning behavior. The wound dressing has the "original" nature of silk, maintaining the natural structure and activity of silk. In addition, it has a porous fibrous network structure with a porosity of 79% leading to good gas permeability. It has good degradability and it is response to pH value. The silk wound dressing has strong mechanical strength and the tensile strength reaches to 9.6 MP. It has good cell compatibility and cell adhesion which can support cell survival, proliferation and migration for a long time. The results show that the silk wound dressing is a potential excellent material for skin wound repair.
