【摘要】 ‘粤椹28’为早熟优质高产桑果新品种,广东桑种,二倍体。成熟果实果形长圆筒形,紫黑色,平均单果重8.0 g。风味酸甜,出汁率82%,可溶性固形物含量4.5%,总糖4.2%,总酸1.2%,花青素1.36 mg·g^-1。桑果持续采收期30d左右,产量18500 kg·hm^-2以上,适合在长江流域以南地区栽培。更多还原

【Abstract】 ‘Yueshen28’（Morus atropurpurea Roxb.） is a new early maturing diploid mulberry culivar with superior quality and high yield. The long and cylindrical fruits are dark purple color, and about 8.0 g of weight. The fruit with sweet and sour taste, which contains 82% juice productivity, 4.5% soluble solids, 4.2% total sugar, 1.2% titratable acid and 1.36 mg · g^-1 anthocyanin. The fruit harvest period is about 30 days, and suitable planted in south of the Yangtze River area, with the yield more than 18500 kg · hm^-2.更多还原
