多翼离心风机噪声声源识别

【摘要】 针对吸油烟机用多翼离心风机降噪问题,利用Fluent软件对前向多翼离心风机的流场进行计算,将蜗壳表面的压力波动作为声源,计算蜗壳偶极源以及流体激励引起的蜗壳振动产生的辐射噪声的声功率。仿真结果表明:蜗壳振动产生的辐射噪声的声功率与蜗壳偶极源噪声的声功率相比可以忽略;由于多翼离心风机的转速和压力较低,蜗舌表面的压力波动虽然明显高于蜗壳其他部位,但不足以成为主要的气动噪声源;多翼离心风机的噪声主要是由湍流和蜗壳表面涡脱落产生的宽频噪声。采用相干函数法对多翼离心风机噪声源进行识别,试验结果验证了仿真结果的准确性,并得到蜗壳表面不同位置处的压力波动与出口声压的相干系数。本文的研究结果为有效降低多翼离心风机的噪声提供指导。

【Abstract】 To reduce the noise of multi-blade centrifugal fans in range hoods,the flow field of a multi-blade centrifugal fan was simulated using software Fluent.The sound powers of the structural noise and the dipole source of the volute were obtained based on the result of unsteady flow field of the centrifugal fan.Result shows the sound power of the structural noise is negligible compared with the aerodynamic noise.As a result of the low rotate speed and pressure,even though the surface pressure fluctuation of the volute tongue is greater than other places,the volute tongue is not necessary to be the main noise source of the multi-blade centrifugal fan.The noise of the multi-blade centrifugal fan mainly consists of broadband noise caused by turbulence and vortex shedding.A correlation study was carried on to explain the feature of the aerodynamic noise of the multi-blade centrifugal fans,and the experiment data agreed well with the simulation result.The result of this paper may provide guidance to reduce the noise of multi-blade centrifugal fans more efficiently.
