单-厚盘转子过临界转速的瞬态振动特性分析
Analysis of Transient Vibration Characteristics of Thick Disk Rotor Crossing Critical Speed

【摘要】 在特殊的旋转机械中,可能出现径向转动惯量大于轴向转动惯量的厚盘转子系统,做正进动时可能存在两个固有频率。本文在不考虑重力的影响下,计算了刚度对称轴单-厚盘转子在定角加速度条件下穿过两阶临界转速时对不平衡激振力的瞬态响应,分析了这类转子过临界转速的瞬态振动特性。结果发现,单-厚盘转子的低阶振型为轴的弯曲,高阶振型为盘的偏摆,其中高阶模态是厚盘转子特有模态;过临界转速时转子的自由振动和强迫振动合成瞬态振动;自转角加速度对过临界转速时的瞬态振动有显著的抑制作用,但使系统振动衰减减缓。
【Abstract】 In special rotating machinery,thick disk rotor system of which radialmoment of inertiais greater than the axial moment of inertia may appear,which might have two inherent frequencieswhenwhirling forward.In this paper regardless of the influence of gravity,the transient response to unbalance exciting force of the symmetrystiffness axis-single,thick disk rotor crossing two order critical speeds in a constant angular acceleration wascalculated,and transient vibration characteristics of this kind of rotor crossing critical speed was analyzed.The results are that the lower order vibration shape of single,thick disk rotor is shaft’s bend,and the higheronedisk’ sinclination.What’s more,the higher order mode is unique feature of the thick disk rotor modal;when rotor crosses the critical speed,its free vibration and forced vibration compose transient vibration;Angular acceleration of rotation has a significant inhibitory effect on transient vibration of the rotorcrossing the critical speeds,but it can slow the attenuation of system vibration.
