【摘要】 针对目前高校教学实验中心安全管理中危化品的领用,安全制度的执行,责任追溯,管理成效以及管理平台建设上存在的一些问题,本文依据《教育部办公厅关于高校教学实验室安全工作的通知》,从学校统一管理的高度出发,以如何建立高校教学实验中心安全流程、明晰化管理体系为主线,学校从制度建设、信息化管理手段及应急机制对高校实验中心安全管理措施进行深入分析和研究,建设完善多渠道、多层次、多时段的实验室安全培训方式,使进入实验室师生真正能够懂安全、知安全、会安全、享受安全,使实验室安全技能成为素质教育的必备组成,以提高安全管理的成效。更多还原

【Abstract】 In view of the current use of hazardous chemicals in the safety management of college teaching and experimental centers,the implementation of safety systems,traceability of responsibility,management effectiveness and some problems in the construction of management platforms,this paper is based on the " Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education on the Safety Work of Teaching Laboratories in Colleges and Universities",from the height of the unified management of the school,how to establish the safety process and clear management system of the university teaching experiment center,the school from the system construction,information management means and emergency mechanism to the security management measures of the university experimental center Analyze and research,build and improve multi-channel,multi-level and multi-period laboratory safety training methods,so that teachers and students entering the laboratory can truly understand safety,know safety,be safe,enjoy safety,and make laboratory safety skills become quality education.Essential components to improve the effectiveness of safety management.更多还原
