【摘要】 目的:了解药店消费者对中医药的认知、使用与态度情况及其影响因素。方法:随机选取125名进店消费者进行问卷调查,使用SPSS Statistics 20及Excel2016对数据进行统计分析。结果:被调查者的中医药认知得分均值(3.62)和中医药使用得分均值(4.45)处于中上等水平,对中医药的评价与态度得分均值(2.57)处于中等水平。被调查者的学历、年龄、本人及家人的中医药背景,与其对中医药的认知水平显著相关;被调查者的年龄、亲戚和朋友的中医药背景,与其对中医药的使用水平显著相关;被调查者的性别、身体健康程度,与其对中医药的评价与态度显著相关。结论:应注意充分利用药店坐诊大夫,职业中药师专业身份,传播中医药知识和文化;充分考虑消费者年龄,性别,文化程度等个人因素,为其提供高水平的中医药服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To understand the customers ’ cognition, use and attitude to traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and its influencing factors. Methods:125 customers were randomly selected in our survey by the questionnaires, and SPSS Statistics 20 and Excel 2016 were used to statistically analyze the data. Results: Respondents’ average cognitive scores of TCM(3.62) and the mean score of Chinese medicine use(4.45) were in middle and upper levels. The average score(2.57) on the evaluation and attitude of TCM was at a medium level. Age and the background of family members are significantly related to the level of cognition of TCM among respondents; age, TCM background of relatives and friends are significantly related to the level of utilization of TCM by respondents; gender and physical health is significantly related to the respondents ’ appraisal and attitude toward TCM. Conclusion:Attention should be taken to make full use of the professional identity of doctors and professional pharmacists in pharmacies to disseminate knowledge and culture of traditional Chinese medicine. Meanwhile, give full consideration to age, sex, education and other personal factors of consumers to provide high level of Chinese medicine service.更多还原
