【摘要】 目的:调查分析治疗老年人高血压常用药品说明书中存在的问题,并提出相应的修改建议,保障老年人高血压患者的用药安全。方法:通过药店、诊所以及药品网站渠道收集治疗老年人高血压的药品说明书,根据国家《药品管理法》对药品说明书中标注内容的完整性、准确性进行调查分析。结果:老年人经常服用治疗高血压的40种不同药品说明书中的用法用量、老年用药、禁忌、药动学、药物过量、药物相互作用项目存在不规范和缺失现象。结论:对于老年人常用高血压的药品说明书中相关项目的不规范、缺失现象,国家药品监督管理部门应给予高度重视,应及时修订治疗高血压药品的说明书,制订合理规范的药品说明书。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective: To investigate and analyze the problems existing in the treatment of hypertension drugs in elderly patients, and to propose corresponding modification Suggestions to ensure the safety of drug use in elderly patients with hypertension. Method: By pharmacies, clinics and drug web channels to collect old age hypertension drug specifications, review the instruction content, according to the national to the specification requirements of pharmaceutical administration law, for tagging content in drug specifications for completeness, mathematical accuracy in the investigation and analysis. Result : After about 40 different treatment of high blood pressure drugs manual review, usage and dosage, older drugs, taboo, pharmacokinetics, drug overdose, drug interaction project is not lack of specification and phenomenon. Conclusion : For the treatment of senile hypertension drugs specification is not standard, lack of relevant projects in the phenomenon, pharmaceutical production enterprise with the national pharmaceutical supervisory and administrative departments should give attention to revised eatment of high blood pressure drug specifications, formulate reasonable, standardization of drug specifications.更多还原
