【摘要】 目的:了解目前临床药师对自身职业的满意程度,明确临床药师职业满意度的影响因素,提出提高临床药师职业满意度的有效对策。方法:采用问卷调查法、座谈访谈法对郑州市10所医院的临床药师进行职业满意度调查。结果:临床药师职业满意度以自我肯定满意度及工作本身满意度得分较高,对工作环境氛围及国家有关政策满意度不高。结论:加速推进药师法的实施;加强对临床药师的宣传以及完善有关政策提高临床药师职业满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To understand the current degree of satisfaction of clinical pharmacists with their own profession, to clarify the influencing factors of professional satisfaction of clinical pharmacists, and to put forward effective countermeasures to improve the professional satisfaction of clinical pharmacists.Method : To investigate the occupational satisfaction of clinical pharmacists in 10 hospitals in Zhengzhou City by means of questionnaire survey and interview.Result :The career satisfaction of clinical pharmacists was higher in terms of self-affirmation and job satisfaction, and less in terms of working environment and relevant national policies.Conclusion: Accelerate the implementation of pharmacist law: strengthen the promotion of clinical pharmacists and improve relevant policies to improve the career satisfaction of clinical pharmacists.更多还原
