【摘要】 目的研究辽宁省医药制造业技术创新和出口贸易之间的关系,为提升辽宁省医药制造业的技术创新和出口贸易水平提供参考。方法选取辽宁省2000～2016年17年的医药制造业的数据,基于时间序列的超效率DEA模型对科技创新投入和产出数据进行处理得到研发效率指标,进一步采取VEC模型对技术创新和出口贸易进行格兰杰因果关系检验分析二者的影响。结果长期看,辽宁省医药制造业企业的技术创新与出口贸易之间存在稳定的均衡关系,企业技术创新水平每增加1%,出口贸易水平仅仅增加0.60%;出口贸易水平每增加1%,企业的技术创新水平增加1.67%。短期来,辽宁省医药制造业企业技术创新水平的变化受到出口贸易长期均衡关系的约束。结论辽宁省医药制造业企业的出口贸易对于技术创新水平具有正向的拉动作用,且这种拉动作用随着时间的增加更加显著;技术创新水平对于出口贸易活动的促进作用只在创新产品取得收益之后的两年之内较为明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between technological innovation and export trade in pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province, and provide references for improving the technological innovation and export trade level of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province. Methods The data of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province from 2000 to 2016 were selected. The super-efficient DEA model based on time series was used to process the input and output data of scientific and technological innovation to obtain the indicators of R&D efficiency. The VEC model was used to further technological innovation and export trade. Conduct Granger causality test to analyze the impact of the two. As a result, in the long term, there is a stable and balanced relationship between the technological innovation of pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises in Liaoning Province and export trade. For every 1% increase in the level of technological innovation of enterprises, the level of export trade will only increase by 0.60%; for every 1% increase in the level of export trade, enterprises The level of technological innovation increased by 1.67%. In the short term, the changes in the level of technological innovation of pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises in Liaoning Province are constrained by the long-term equilibrium relationship of export trade. Conclusion The export trade of pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises in Liaoning Province has a positive effect on the level of technological innovation, and this pulling effect is more significant with the increase of time; the role of technological innovation in the promotion of export trade activities only results in the benefits of innovative products.
