【摘要】 目的建立金茵利胆口服液的薄层色谱定性鉴别方法。方法采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对金茵利胆口服液中的茵陈、蒲公英、虎杖、黄连、木香、枳壳、五味子、桃仁、甘草进行定性鉴别。结果各味药材的薄层色谱特征明显,色谱斑点清晰,分离效果好,且阴性对照溶液无干扰。结论本方法操作简便、快速准确、重复性好、专属性强,可用于金茵利胆口服液的定性鉴别,为该制剂的质量控制提供了参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish the qualitative identification methods of Jinyinlidan Oral Liquid by TLC. Methods The exclusive identification of Artemisiae scopariae herba, Taraxaci Herba, Polygoni Cuspidati Rhizoma et Radix, Coptidis Rhizoma, Aucklandiae Radix, Aurantii Fructus, Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus, Persicae Semen and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma in Jinyinlidan Oral Liquid by TLC. Results TLC features of each herbs was obvious, clearly-sptted, well-separated and negative with no disturbance. Conclusion The methods are simple, fast, accurate results, repeatability and strong specificity, which could be used for qualitative identification of Jinyinlidan Oral Liquid and provide a referential basis for the quality control.更多还原
