【摘要】 目的总结临床药师在颅内感染患者治疗过程中的经验。方法对2015年1月～2015年12月我院临床药师参与神经外科颅内感染患者会诊病历进行回顾性分析。结果临床药师共参与颅内感染会诊138次(患者90人),会诊意见完全采纳102次(72人),完全采纳率73.8%,患者完全治愈45人,占会诊意见完全采纳患者的62.5%,好转24人,占会诊意见完全采纳患者的33.3%,总体有效率95.8%。结论临床药师协助医生在颅内感染患者的治过程中,发挥了积极的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To summarize the experiences of clinical pharmacists’ participation in the treatment with intracranial infection.Methods:Census the clinical pharmacists’ participation in the consultations of the neurosurgery patients who have intracranial infection during January 2015～December 2015 in Xijing Hospital.Results:January 2015～December 2015, clinical pharmacists were involved 138 consultations(90 patients) for intracranial infection, the number of consultation adopted by clinicians are fully 102 times, the complete acceptance rate was 73.9%, involved 72 patients with intracranial infection, of whom 45 were cured, accounted for 62.5% and improved 24 which accounted for 33.3%, the total efficiency 95.8%.Conclusions:Clinical pharmacists’ participation in the consultation of the intracranial infection, assist physicians to develop anti-infection treatment program, clinical pharmacists have played a positive role in the treatment of patients who have intracranial infection.更多还原
