【摘要】 目的通过我院药学部临床药师月度考核制度的建立与实践,促进我院临床药学的发展。方法基于我院药学部临床药师工作量及各项工作指标,结合系列临床药师培养文件对临床药师岗位职责的要求,对我院临床药师的日常工作进行分解,建立并完善我院药学部临床药师的月度考核制度。结果采用综合评价方法,通过院内临床药师团队的讨论,构建了一套全面客观的临床药师考核制度。结论临床药学是医院药学发展的主要方向也是必然方向,建立全面客观的临床药师考核制度有利于提高临床药师的专业技能与业务水平,更好地促进了医院临床药学的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Through the establishment and practice of the monthly evaluation system of clinical pharmacists in the pharmacy department of our hospital, to promote the development of clinical pharmacy in our hospital. Methods Based on the workload of clinical pharmacists in the pharmacy department of our hospital and the work index, combined with the requirements of the clinical pharmacist training document for the job duties of clinical pharmacists, to decompose the daily work of clinical pharmacists in our hospital, to establish and improve the monthly evaluation system of clinical pharmacists in the pharmacy department of our hospital. Results Using the comprehensive evaluation method, discussion on the team of clinical pharmacists in hospital, a comprehensive and objective evaluation system of clinical pharmacists was constructed. Conclusion Clinical pharmacy is the main direction of the development of hospital pharmacy and inevitable direction, the establishment of comprehensive and objective clinical pharmacist examination system to improve the clinical pharmacists professional skills and business level, better promotes the development of clinical pharmacy of the hospital.更多还原
