【摘要】 目的:通过回顾性文献研究,以牛黄解毒片为研究对象,找出导致不良反应发生的原因并针对性的提出建议,以期为牛黄解毒片的临床合理用药提供依据。方法:文献研究万方数据库、中国知网全文数据库(CNKI)、维普在线数据库为数据源,检索2007年至2015年国内公开发表的有关牛黄解毒片不良反应的文献报道,分类、整理数据并进行分析。结论:导致牛黄解毒片发生不良反应的主要原因是说明书不规范,临床用药方法缺乏标准以及药品质量无法达标导致等,并针对性的提出建设性意见。更多还原

【Abstract】 through the literature research retrospectively, with reports of Niuhuangjiedu of adverse reactions as the research object, find out the cause of adverse reactions and pointed out the suggestion, in order to provide evidence for clinical rational drug use Niuhuangjiedu. Methods: by retrospective literature research to a database of ten thousand, China know full-text database(CNKI), VIP database as the data source, online retrieval from 2007 to 2015, China published the literature of Niuhuangjiedu of adverse reactions, classification, sorting data and analysis.Conclusion: The cause Niuhuangjiedu occurrence of adverse reactions are mainly due to the instructions are not standardized, the lack of standard methods of clinical medicine and drug quality standards can not be caused, and targeted constructive criticism.更多还原
