【摘要】 中药中活性成分的筛选是中药研究领域的重要方向。近年来,生物介质萃取技术,即以生物(或仿生)材料如细胞、细胞膜和蛋白质等生物大分子为萃取吸附固定相的样品制备技术,在活性天然产物的筛选过程中得到了应用广泛。本文对近年来生物介质萃取技术在中药活性成分筛选中的应用进行了概述,为生物介质萃取技术的进一步推广应用提供科学参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Screening of the active ingredients in traditional Chinese medicines(TCMs) has been a major research subject in the field of traditional Chinese medicine. Recently, Biomaterial based extraction, which is a sample preparation technique that using biomaterials(or biomimetic materials) such as cells, cell membranes and proteins as absorption stationary phase, has been fully applied in the active natural products searching process. In this paper, the applications of biomaterials based extractions in screening of TCMs’ bioactive compounds were summarized, in desirable to provide scientific basis for further applications of biomaterial based extraction.更多还原
