【摘要】 目的:采用PDCA科学管理方法,加强基本药物使用管理,促进基本药物优先使用。方法:运用PDCA循环管理进行现状把握、目标设定、原因分析、对策制定并实施,通过完善制度明确职能、更新基药目录、保障基药供应、开展系列培训教育工作、开展基药专项点评、加大不合理用药干预力度和落实基药使用的奖惩制度等措施促进医院基药优先使用。结果:PDCA循环管理有效促进了医院基本药物使用,医院基本药物使用金额比例由17.14%上升至25.08%。结论:PDCA循环有效促进了我院基本药物优先合理使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effect of PDCA cycle intervention on priority use of essential medicines in our hospital. METHODS: Optimize the management of essential medicines by using PDCA management model in respect of procurement, inspection, storage and circulation. The improvement measures were improving of management system, updating the catalog of essential medicines, education and training, carrying out essential medicines prescription evaluation and intervention, implementing rewards and punishment system. RESULTS: The ratio of the amount of essential medicine was increased from17.14% to 25.08%.CONCLUSIONS: PDCA cycle effectively promote the priority use of essential medicines in our hospital.更多还原
