【摘要】 目的:以2004年—2014年急性脑梗死的药物经济学文献为例,分析国内药物经济学研究现状及存在问题,并提出建议。方法:检索我国近10年发表的急性脑梗死药物经济学文献,从研究角度、研究设计、成本分析、效果分析、研究方法和敏感度分析等方面进行研究。结果与结论:目前国内急性脑梗死药物经济学文献总体质量偏低,与国外药物经济学评价研究存相比存在较大差距。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Domestic pharmacoeconomics literatures of acute cerebral infarction from 2004 to 2014 were investigated. To analyze the Status quo of domestic research and to provide reference for the research and development of pharmacoeconomics in China. Methods: Search of acute cerebral infarction pharmaceutical economics literature published in China in recent 10 years. The research perspective, research design, cost analysis, results analysis, conduct research methods and sensitivity analysis were analyzed and summarized. RESULTS&CONCLUSIONS:The quality of domestic economic literature acute cerebral infarction drugs is overall low. There is a big gap compared with the evaluation of economics abroad.更多还原
