【摘要】 目的探索临床药师开展药学信息服务的方法,为临床药师开展药学服务提供新思路。方法临床药师不断获取新药研究进展与上市最新信息,协助临床医师针对患者具体病情选择最佳用药方案,提供用药咨询服务,监护用药后的疗效及不良反应,保证药物治疗安全、有效、经济。结果临床药师提供高水平的药学信息服务,在治疗团队中发挥了应有的作用,更好的促进了合理用药。结论临床药师开展药学信息服务是推动药学服务模式转变的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To explore methods and provide new ideas for clinical pharmacists in clinical pharmacy information service.METHODS By obtaining drug research progress and getting the latest information of marketed drugs continuously,helping clinicians choose the best treatment plan for patients with specific conditions,providing drug counseling services,offering guardianship efficacy and adverse reactions after treatment,as a result to ensure the clinical medications are safe,effective and economical.RESULTS Providing high quality pharmacy information services,and taking full responsibility in the teamwork by clinical pharmacists,can promote the rational use of drugs.CONCLUSION Carrying out pharmacy information services by clinical pharmacists is an effective way to promote pharmacy services.更多还原
