超声测厚的测量不确定度评定及示例

【摘要】 基于测量不确定度理论与方法等,本文针对超声测厚检测数据来源及特点给出了超声测厚检测数据随机不确定度更为科学、合理的相关表达,给出的超声测厚检测数据的估计方法能够部分减小或消除系统不确定度和异常值,提高检测数据品质,并对典型类型的超声测厚实测数据进行了测量不确定度的分析、评定与示例,可供检验检测人员参考。
【Abstract】 By the uncertainty evaluation theory and method, In this paper, aim at the source and characteristic of ultrasonic thickness testing data, the relevance communicate was get out about random uncertainty more science and reasonable. the estimate method of ultrasonic thickness testing data was get out which can eliminated or partially decreased systematic uncertainty and unusual value, the quality of testing data was been elevated. Then, the analysis, the evaluated and the example of uncertainty were put up about ultrasonic thickness testing data for the personnel of inspect and testing.
