输气管道漏磁内检测中的速度效应仿真分析

【摘要】 漏磁检测法是目前应用最广泛的管道内检测方法,但漏磁检测效果易受检测速度影响,导致漏检现象严重。为提高管道漏磁内检测的准确性和检测速度,对漏磁内检测中速度效应机理进行分析,通过有限元方法研究了速度效应对管内涡流分布及内外壁缺陷信号分布特征影响。结果表明相同速度下管道内涡流分布主要与外磁场分布特点有关,涡流磁场使得管道内磁场对称分布状态被破坏,涡流磁场对管道内外壁缺陷影响效果相反,相比于管道内壁缺陷信号,外壁缺陷信号受速度效应影响更为严重,高速时将严重影响外壁缺陷检出率。

【Abstract】 The magnetic flux leakage testing method is most widely used in the pipeline, but the effect of the magnetic flux leakage testing is easy to be affected by the detection speed. In order to improve the accuracy and speed of the magnetic flux leakage testing in pipeline, the mechanism of velocity effect in magnetic flux leakage testing is analyzed. The influence of velocity effect on the eddy current distribution and the signal distribution characteristics of inner and outer wall defects is studied by finite element method. The results show that the eddy current distribution in the pipeline is mainly related to the distribution of external magnetic field at the same speed. The eddy current magnetic field causes the symmetrical distribution of magnetic field in the pipeline to be destroyed, and the eddy current magnetic field has the opposite effect on the defects inside and outside the pipeline. Compared with the defect signal inside the pipeline, the defect signal outside the wall is more seriously affected by the velocity effect, and it will seriously affect the detection rate of outer wall defects at high speed.
