激光超声表面波用于增材制件表面缺陷检测

【摘要】 增材制造是一种快速成型方法,可以加工任意复杂几何形状的零件,但是对增材制造加工零件的缺陷检测国内外相关研究甚少,针对这一现状,本文搭建了一套激光超声线源扫查系统,通过反射镜和线聚焦透镜将激光激励源聚焦在待测增材缺陷试块一端,在缺陷的另一端采用干涉仪接受信号,并通过控制扫查平台对缺陷进行B扫成像,其实验结果表明这种B扫成像方法可以有效地确定缺陷的位置和大小。

【Abstract】 Additive Manufactured is a rapid prototyping method, which can process parts with arbitrary complex geometry, but there are few researches on defects detection at home and abroad. Aiming at this situation, a laser ultrasonic line source scanning system is set up in this paper, and the laser excitation is passed through the mirror and the line focus lens. The excitation source focuses on one end of the test block to be measured, and the signal is received by interferometer on the other end of the defect, and the B scan is performed by the control scanning platform. The experimental results show that the B scanning method can effectively determine the position and size of the defect.
