藻细胞传感器对苯酚的响应特性研究
A Study on Characteristics of Algae Cell Biosensor Response to Phenol

【摘要】 运用细胞外表面技术和电化学方法研究了藻细胞膜电位传感系统对苯酚的快速响应特性。结果表明,藻细胞膜电位和膜电阻信号对苯酚响应快速而灵敏,低浓度组(0.5、1.0 mmol/L)藻细胞超极化,膜电阻增大;高浓度组(5.0、10.0mmol/L)藻细胞去极化,膜电阻减小。除去0.5 mmol/L苯酚组,藻细胞膜电位和膜电阻均在5min内对苯酚溶液做出明显反应(P<0.05或P<0.01)。此外,10.0mmol/L苯酚作用下,藻细胞相对膜电阻和作用时间之间接近直线关系。
【Abstract】 Rapid reactions of alga cell(Nitellaflexilis) biotest to phenol was studied by extra-cellular technique and electrochemistry.Results shows cell membrane potential(MP) and membrane resistance(MR) are sensitive,alga cells are quickly hyperpolarized and MR rapidly increased under the exposure of 0.5,1.0 mmol/L phenol.But phenol of5.0 and 10.0 mmol/L induced alga cells depolarization and MR reduced.Aalga cell MP and MR reacted apparently within 5min to phenol solution other than 0.5mmol/L group.In addition,under the effect of 10.0mmol/L phenol solution,the relationships between algae cell relative MR and reaction time are nearly linear.
