【摘要】 目的探讨前列腺炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤经直肠彩超特征。方法回顾分析经直肠彩超诊断探讨前列腺炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤1例。结果经直肠彩超表现:前列腺显著增大,形态不规则,占据膀胱腔及膀胱下份左右前方,内部回声不均匀,呈网络样,内可见点条状血流信号。结论前列腺显著不均匀不规则增大的超声鉴别诊断中需要考虑到炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤的可能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the characteristics of transrectal color ultrasound in inflammatory myofibroblastoma of prostate. Methods A case of prostatitis myofibroblastoma by transrectal ultrasonography was reviewed. Results Transrectal color ultrasonography: the prostate is significantly enlarged and irregular, occupying the bladder cavity and the lower left and right front of the bladder,internal echo is heterogeneity, appears as net-shaped, dot-stripe blood flow signal can be seen inside. Conclusion The possibility of inflammatory fibroblastoma should be consid-ered in the ultrasonic differential diagnosis of the significantly irregular enlargement of prostate gland.更多还原
