【摘要】 科学合理的水价是大型跨流域调水工程能够良性运行的保证,水价的核心问题是供水成本,尤其是对于大型跨流域调水工程,输水线路长,投资多,需要涉及到沿程投资分摊问题。本文在考虑调水工程特点的基础上,首次提出基于资源共享和泵站耗能影响的大型跨流域调水工程干线沿程分摊方法,并结合实际应用提出供水成本分摊计算的修正方法,并给出了应用说明。更多还原

【Abstract】 A Reasonable water price is the assurance of the Large Water Transfer Project,the main problem of the price is water supply cost,especially for the Large Water Division Project,Whose line is so long and the investment is so much.and the unilaterally water price needs refer to the cost allocation.After fully considering the characteristics of the water division project,this paper firstly pioneered a method of the large water transfer project,which is based on the resource sharing and pump station energy consumption influence;and put forward a computing method of water cost allocation along the large water division’ main line,then propose a correction method to this model,and at last come to the conclusions of large water transfer project according to the application.更多还原
