基于模糊综合评价法的水利水电工程社会评价
The Hydraulic Engineering Social Assessment Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

【摘要】 水利工程对社会影响的评价多数还停留在定性分析阶段,即使是综合评价,其权重及其评价矩阵的确定也是用专家打分法等主观方法得来,其主观随意性大。本文通过对模糊综合评价法的改进,提出区间函数与给评语集赋值相结合得到评价矩阵,用数学方法计算权重,并应用于岷江一级支流杂谷脑河的水电开发项目上,得到了比较客观、符合当地实际的评价结果。
【Abstract】 The hydraulic engineering social impact assessment stays in the stage of qualitative analysis.Even if the comprehensive evaluation method whose weight and evaluation matrix is obtained hy the subjective method of expert s scoring method etc..has great randomness.This article improved the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,proposed a method that combined the interval function and assign a value to the evaluation set.then obtained the appraisal matrix,then used the mathematical method to calculate the weight.The application of the model to hydropower development project on zagunao river,which is the first level branches of minjing river,obtained the objective,correspondence with the local actual conditions results,obtained the evaluation results of objectively and correspondence with the local actual conditions.
