干旱评价指标及其在引黄灌区的应用

【摘要】 干旱灾害是我国最为严重的自然灾害之一,对干旱进行评价能够为农业抗旱以及进行适时适量的灌溉提供很好的决策依据。本文简要介绍了改进后的Palmer干旱指数与作物水分胁迫指数的计算方法,并以引黄灌区——濮阳渠村为例,分别采用这两种指标对夏玉米进行计算与判断。最后对两种计算结果进行分析,对两种干旱指数的优缺点进行了讨论。本文所述的理论和方法可为我国引黄灌区的作物干旱提供一定的理论支持和决策参考。
【Abstract】 The drought is one of the most severe meteorological disasters in China,evaluation of the drought can be able to provide good policy-making basis to agriculture drought as well as timely and appropriate irrigation.In this article,we introduced the computational methods of the Improved Palmer Drought Index and Crop Water Stress Index briefly,then calculated and judged the summer corn by these two kinds of target separately in Puyang Qucun Yellow River Irrigation Region.At last,we analyzed the results of the two methods and discussed the advantage and disadvantage of the two kinds of the drought index.The results may provide a certain academic support and policy-making reference for the crops drought in the Yellow River Irrigation Region of our country.
