洪家渡水电站洪水调度系统的设计与开发研究

【摘要】 阐述了水库洪水调度系统建设的必要性,以洪家渡水电站为工程背景,依据水库洪水调度理论和系统工程理论,采用现代软件编程技术,设计开发出实用、界面友好的洪水调度系统,辅助用户进行调度决策。

【Abstract】 In reservoir flood-control management,a good flood dispatching system can provide technical support for decision makers,so it is quite necessary to built reservoir flood dispatching system.This paper chooses the Hongjiadu Power Station as the engineering background,bases on the flood dispatching theory and the system engineering theory,adapts three flow discharge ways in practical resevroir operation dispatch:(free discharge and controlled discharge) all of the coming flow is discharged;the flow is discharged in constant;and control the discharge by water gate.The trial method is used to calculate the flow which is discharged in constant and Runge_Kutta algorithm is used to calculate the discharge flow which is controlled by water gate.Then the working principle of flood regulations flow chart is given.The Visual Basic 6.0 is used as the main software development tool,taking objectoriented as programming idea and setting up flood dbase through SQLserver2000.A practical flood dispatching system,which is helpful to dispatching decision-making,is developed with a friendly interface.We also describe the design and development process and characteristics of the system in detail.
