三峡和清江梯级水库群防洪联合优化调度研究

【摘要】 针对三峡和清江梯级水库群系统防洪联合优化调度问题,建立了线性规划数学模型,采用LINGO软件编写计算机程序求解,并与常规调度方法相比较。1998年实测洪水和百年一遇设计洪水的应用结果表明,优化调度所动用的防洪库容分别比常规调度减小了3.8亿m~3和8.7亿m~3。联合优化调度可充分发挥系统内各水库之间的补偿调节作用,从而最大限度地提高了整个水库群系统的防洪效益。
【Abstract】 A linear programming model of the optimal flood control operation for Three Gorges and Qingjiang cascades reservoirs was developed and solved by LINGO software.The proposed model was compared with the conventional operation method based on 1998 observed flood data and 100-year design flood hydrograph.Application results show that the proposed model could decrease 0.38 and 0.87 billion m~3 flood control storages,respectively as compared with the conventional operation method,the joint optimal operation is able to compensate regulation among different reservoirs,which can maximize flood control benefit of the whole multi-reservoir system.
