Q420柔性带颈锻造法兰受压性能研究

【摘要】 该文研究了Q420柔性带颈锻造法兰在轴压和偏压荷载作用下的受力机理和破坏机制。以某在建1000kV特高压输电钢管塔的法兰节点为设计原型,设计并进行了6组共18个法兰足尺试件试验。采用有限元软件ABAQUS对各试件进行了精细化数值模拟。结果表明:带颈锻造法兰节点受压性能优良,符合"强节点,弱构件"的设计原则,满足实际工程要求;靠近对接焊缝处的法兰颈口为薄弱部位,应予以加强。
【Abstract】 The force mechanism and failure pattern of Q420 flexible high-neck butt welding forging flange under axial and eccentric compression are investigated.Six groups of eighteen full-scale flange specimens,were designed and tested,which based on a building 1 000 kV UHV(ultra-high voltage) steel tube transmission tower.Meanwhile,refined finite element simulation of flange models are implemented.The results show that the joint with high-neck flange has excellent compression performance and fulfill the basic principle of "strong joint,weak component" and the requirement of practical project;the flange neck which near the butt welding is so weak that should be strengthened;it is recommended that vertical stiffener should be adopted to delay the buckling of steel tube and improve the bearing capacity of steel tube tower.
