新型复合保温板挂装系统力学性能试验研究

【摘要】 为研究一种新型的复合保温板挂装系统安全性能,设计了连接螺栓的剪切承载力试验和抗拉承载力试验,墙体连接部位局部试验以及单片墙体挂装系统试验。结果表明:螺栓挂点剪切承载力远远大于板自身重力荷载作用;复合保温墙板挂点在平面外的拉力作用下,因内部的钢筋网片作用,破坏过程具有一定的延性,变形较大;对拉螺栓的抗拉承载力大于挂点螺栓的抗拉承载力,并且在安装荷载作用下,砌体不会发生破坏;复合保温板挂装系统具有较高的承载能力,在极限状态时具有较好的变形能力。
【Abstract】 In order to study the safety performance of a new type of composite thermal insulation board mounting system,the shear bearing capacity test and tensile capacity test of the connecting bolt,the partial test of the wall joint and the single wall mounting system test were designed.The results show that the shear bearing capacity of the bolt hanging point is far greater than the gravity load of the plate itself;under the tensile force of the plane outside the plane,the failure process of the composite insulation wall has a certain ductility and deformation.Large;the tensile bearing capacity of the bolt is greater than the tensile bearing capacity of the bolt,and the masonry will not be damaged under the installation load;the composite insulation board mounting system has a higher bearing capacity,in the limit state It has good deformation ability.
