驻车通风对汽车前风窗防结霜影响的数值模拟

【摘要】 汽车结霜会严重影响行车的安全,给使用者带来不便,本文研究了驻车通风对前风窗结霜特性的影响与不同除霜流量对除霜性能的影响。首先采用试验验证了仿真方法的正确性,其后应用计算流体力学方法进行研究,发现打开中央两处吹脸出风口,关闭左右两侧吹脸出风口效率最高;吹脚风门的开启与关闭对其影响较小;除霜流量的增加能提高车辆的除霜性能,但超过某一流量值附近后对除霜性能不再提高。
【Abstract】 Frost on windshield can seriously affect the safety of driving and bring inconvenience to users. This paper studies the influence of parking ventilation on the frosting characteristics of front windscreen and the influence of different defrosting flow rates on the defrosting performance. Firstly, the correctness of the simulation method is verified by experiments. Then the computational fluid dynamics method was used to study the effect of face blowing on frost prevention performance. It was found that opening the two central face blowing outlets and closing the left and right face blowing outlets had the highest efficiency and closing of foot air have little influence on frost prevention performance. The increase of defrosting flow can improve the defrosting performance of vehicles. However, the defrosting performance was less affected when the defrosting value was more than a certain first-class value.
