某房车空调振动特性分析与试验

【摘要】 空调压缩机是房车空调系统振动噪声的主要激励源,直接影响房车车内的NVH特性。针对某房车空调起停时剧烈振动严重影响该房车使用舒适性的问题,首先进行了整车空调系统在制冷和制热工况下的起动、稳态和关闭三个不同状态下的振动试验,然后采用锤击试验模态法分析压缩机在空调模块安装情况下的固有模态,并进行空压机模块振动试验。根据整车空压机振动特性Colormap图以及压缩机试验所得模态频率和振型图对比分析可以得出:空压机起停时剧烈抖动频率与压缩机沿Z向(7.18Hz)和绕X向(22.44Hz)的固有频率高度一致,由此分析得出该房车空调系统起停时的剧烈振动是由于压缩机起停时其激励频率与压缩机Z向和绕X向的固有频率发生共振引起的,该分析结果为进一步优化压缩机隔振器隔振率提供了一定的参考。
【Abstract】 The air conditioner compressor is the main excitation source of the vibration and noise of the camper air conditioning system,which directly affects the NVH characteristics of camper.To solve the problem that the severe vibration of a camper air conditioner during the start-stop of the camper seriously affects the using comfort of the camper,firstly,the vibration tests of the vehicle air-conditioning system under the states of starting-up,steady-state and stopping of cooling and heating conditions were carried out;then the hammer modal test method was applied to analyze the natural modes of the compressor under the installation case of the air-conditioning module,also the vibration tests of the air compressor module were carried out.The Colormap of vibration characteristics of the vehicle air compressor were compared analytically with the modal frequencies and modes of compressor system obtained from the previous tests,from which it can be obtained that the violent jitter frequencies of the air compressor during the start-up and stopping process is consistent with the natural frequencies of the compressor of the translational Z direction(7.18 Hz) and the rotational X direction(22.44 Hz),and further that the violent vibration during the starting-up and stopping process of the camper air-conditioning system is caused by the resonance between the excitation frequencies of the compressor during the starting-up and stopping process of the compressor and the natural frequencies of the compressor translational Z direction and the rotational X-direction can be concluded.All the analysis results can provide a reference for the next-step optimization of vibration isolating rate of the compressor’s isolator.
