内燃机增程器嵌入式控制系统设计与开发

【摘要】 基于NI CompactRIO嵌入式控制硬件和LabVIEW软件等,设计并开发了一种内燃机增程器快速控制原型电控系统。该控制系统包含曲轴位置追踪(Engine Position Tracking,EPT)、基于充量系数MAP与点火提前角MAP查询的喷油与点火控制、电子节气门闭环控制、CAN总线通讯等控制功能。经台架试验验证,转速在2000 r/min时,节气门从20%递增至60%,发动机燃烧稳定,并且与电机、蓄电池组之间能够实现正常地充放电。结果表明:所开发的电控系统能够很好地控制内燃机增程器稳定工作,且各项控制功能配合良好,一定程度上实现了增程器发动机与电机的协调控制。

【Abstract】 Based on NI CompactRIO embedded control hardware and NI Lab VIEW programming software,an internal combustion engine range extender rapid control prototype electronic control system was designed and developed.The control system includes Engine Position Tracking(EPT),injection and ignition control functions based on the volumetric efficiency MAP and the ignition advance angle MAP,electronic throttle closed loop control,and CAN bus communication.On the range extender test platform,the engine speed is set at 2000 r/min,and the throttle was increased from 20% to 60%,the engine ran stably and the charge and discharge functions could be realized normally between the motor and the battery pack.The results show that our electronic control system could control the whole range extender very well,and other various control functions were well matched.To a certain extent,the coordinated control between engine and motor in the range extender was realized.
