基于多目标拓扑优化的电动汽车低噪声变速器研究

【摘要】 电动汽车的不断发展对其动力总成提出了更高的要求,电控机械式自动变速器可以显著改善电动车动力性和续航里程因而成为电动汽车动力总成发展的新趋势。但是发动机的掩蔽效应消失后变速器噪声成为影响电动车NVH性能的关键因素。据此提出了以下优化设计方案:通过现有的壳体三维模型建立变速器壳体振动频率响应的有限元模型,并通过模型模态实验检验。将实验测得的轴承座处的激励导入模型中分别进行振动频率响应仿真,根据仿真结果对各个主要振动峰值进行多目标拓扑优化。将优化后变速器壳体通过试制加工,进行振动噪声实验与优化前的壳体进行对比,具有明显的优化效果。
【Abstract】 The continuous development of electric vehicles,puts forward new requirements for powertrain.AMT(Automatic Mechanical Transmission) is becoming a new trend in the development of electric vehicles powertrain because of its advantages of improving power performance and cruising ability.But when the masking effect of the engine vanishes,the transmission noise becomes the key factor affecting the NVH performance of electric vehicle.The following optimization design scheme is put forward:A transmission housing finite element model of vibration frequency response analysis is established by transmission housing 3 D model and through the modal test.The vibration frequency response simulation is carried out in the experimental excitation of the bearing housing input model.According to the simulation results,Multi-objective topology optimization is used to the main vibration peak.The test results show that the optimization effect is improved by comparing vibration and noise test of the optimized housing and optimizing housing.
