电动物流车动力系统布置对车辆垂向性能影响的研究

【摘要】 动力系统的布置直接影响整车的平顺性、操纵稳定性和行驶安全性等。随着电动物流车研发的逐步深入,其动力系统的布置方式对整车动态特性的影响成为研究的另一焦点。基于车辆系统动力学理论,建立了不引入截断误差的某电动物流车整车动力学模型,以及考虑左右车轮相干性的四轮路面输入模型。利用均方根值和频域分析方法,对比分析了传统驱动式和集中驱动式两种动力系统布置方式对车辆垂向动力学特性的影响。以集中驱动式电动物流车的动力电池和电机质量变化作为变量,研究簧上与簧下部分质量比变化下车辆各垂向性能指标均方根值的变化趋势和质量匹配的有利区域,并利用幅频特性图重点分析了质量比对车轮相对动载荷和电机垂向振动的影响。研究表明,增大质量比能够有效改善整车动态特性,但会加剧集中驱动式电动物流车电机的垂向振动,对于电动物流车动力电池和电机质量的匹配设计以及抑制车辆垂向振动负效应具有一定的指导意义。
【Abstract】 The layout of the power system directly affects the smoothness,stability,and driving safety of the vehicle.With the development of electric logistics vehicle,the impact of its power system layout on the dynamic characteristics of the vehicle has become another focus of research.Based on the theory of vehicle system dynamics,a dynamic model of electric logistics vehicle without truncation error and a four-wheel road input model with the coherence of the left and right wheels was established.Using root-mean-square(RMS)value and frequency domain analysis methods,the effects of two power system layout methods(the traditional drive type and centralized drive type) on the vertical dynamic characteristics were compared and analyzed.Taking the changes in the power battery and motor mass of a centralized-driven electric logistics vehicle as variables,the RMS trend of the vertical performance indicators and the favorable area of the mass-matched conditions under the changes of the sprung and unsprung part mass ratio were studied.And the impact of mass ratio on the relative dynamic load of the wheel and the vertical vibration acceleration of the motor was analyzed with the amplitude-frequency characteristic diagram.Research shows that increasing the mass ratio can effectively improve the dynamic characteristics of the vehicle,but it will aggravate the vertical vibration of the motor of the centralized drive type electric vehicle.It has certain guiding significance for matching design of the power battery and motor mass and restraining negative effect of the vertical vibration of the electric logistics vehicle.
