内燃机主承力结构响应协调性评价体系研究

【摘要】 本文根据多学科协同优化设计特点,基于综合评价思想,结合层次分析法,建立内燃机主承力结构响应协调性评价体系,以对结构强度、变形、振动、密封、润滑、质量进行综合协调评价。首先总结分析主承力结构设计要求、工作特点及失效形式,根据系统性、实用性、层次独立性等标准选择评价指标及其对应评价方法,建立总目标与子目标评价框架;定义各层间协调因子数学模型,完成响应协调评价体系构建。该体系可对不同内燃机主承力结构进行直观量化评价,对内燃机及其他组合结构多学科设计优化有借鉴意义。
【Abstract】 In this paper,based on multidisciplinary collaborative optimization design features and comprehensive evaluation,a response coordination assessment system of internal combustion engine main loaded structure is established.Combined with the analytic hierarchy process,the system evaluates the response coordination of structure in terms of strength,deformation,vibration,sealing,lubrication and quality.The design requirements,work characteristics and failure forms of main loaded structure are summarized and analyzed firstly,and evaluation indexes and their corresponding evaluation methods are selected based on criteria such as systematic,practicality and hierarchical independence.Based on the above indexes and methods,the overall and sub-target evaluation system framework is established.A mathematic mapping function is built between overall goal and sub-target finally.The system can directly and quantitatively evaluate the main loaded structure of different internal combustion engine,which can guide the internal combustion engine design optimization and has referential significance for the multidisciplinary design optimization of composite structure.
