混合动力变速器液压系统建模与分析

【摘要】 功率分流变速器是国内外比较主流的混合动力方案,需要动力分流方案设计、机械结构设计、液压系统设计、电机匹配集成及整车控制策略开发等多种技术相结合。液压系统不仅是控制策略的执行机构之一,也是保证机械结构和集成电机可靠运行的必要系统。本文根据国内某款深度混合动力变速器液压系统进行建模仿真,利用AMESim软件中的液压元件设计库搭建了液压阀元件及液压系统的完整模型,仿真分析了油泵转速及液压油黏度对液压系统性能的影响,并结合整车运行工况进行了动态分析。结果表明,当整车在城市工况下运行时,液压系统的流量及压力能够基本稳定在设计范围内。

【Abstract】 Power split gearbox is a mainstream hybrid scheme at home and abroad,which requires the combination of various technologies such as power split scheme design,mechanical structure design,hydraulic system design,motor matching integration and vehicle control strategy development.The hydraulic system is not only one of the implementing agencies of the control strategy,but also the necessary system to ensure the reliable operation of the mechanical structure and the integrated motor.Model of hydraulic system on a kind of deep hybrid transmission is established and analyzed.Hydraulic units and the complete model of hydraulic system are built by using hydraulic component design library in AMESim.The influence of oil pump speed and oil viscosity on the performance of system is simulated.Dynamic analysis is also carried out on the basis of the whole vehicle operating conditions.The results show that the flow and pressure can stay stable in the design range when vehicle is under NEDC condition.
