【摘要】 最近几年,刺参养殖业在持续多年繁荣后开始滑坡,首当其中的是刺参苗种生产行业,效益大幅下滑,陷入空前的萧条。研究发现其面临的主要问题有:供需矛盾突出,价格大幅下滑;病害频发,生产效果不稳定;自然灾害时有发生,对育苗生产构成威胁;效益下降,生产规模急剧萎缩。分析了问题产生的原因:规模无序扩张,产能过剩;生产布局不合理,产地环境恶化;监管不到位,生产与流通环节存在质量安全隐患;养殖增速放缓,苗种需求减少;生产设施落后,育苗工艺有待改进。提出了应对危机的措施:加强宏观规划,合理调整产业规模与布局;改进育苗工艺,加快产业转型升级;加强苗种管理,规范苗种生产与流通市场;挖掘商品参消费潜力,拉动苗种需求;引进保险机制,降低产业风险;发挥市场调节作用,淘汰过剩产能。更多还原

【Abstract】 The main problems are pointed out that the sea cucumber seed industry is facing:Obvious contradiction between supply and demand bring about falling prices sharply.Frequent occurrence of diseases lead to unstable production effect.Natural disasters have occurred,which pose a serious threat to the seedling production.Production scale rapidly shrinking with benefits decline.Causes of the problems are analyzed:Scale disorder expansion caused overcapacity.Unreasonable layout lead to production environment deterioration.Regulation is not in place,which bring about the quality and safety problems in production and circulation.Demand is reducing Breeding technique needs to be improved.Measures are put forward to deal with industrial crisis:Strengthen the macro planning and rationally adjust industrial scale and Improve seedling technology and accelerate the transformation and upgrading of industry.Strengthen the seed management and regulate the production and circulation market.Exploit potentialities of sea cucumber for expenses and stimulate demand for seed.Introduce insurance mechanism and reduce industrial risk.Work the market regulation and eliminate backward production capacity.更多还原
