【摘要】 地下综合管廊作为一种准公共物品,其具有较强的正向外部性,对其包含外部效益的综合效益进行量化评价意义深远。文章采用功能重置成本法、机会成本法、条件价值法、效益转移法等方法评价城市地下综合管廊的开发效益,系统地提出地下综合管廊综合效益评价指标体系,并采用多种量化方法结合的途径,分别提出各指标体系货币化评价数学模型并进行实例计算,直观显示地下综合管廊建设的重要经济意义,使得地下综合管廊综合效益的评价有体系可存、有模型可依、有公式可算。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a kind of quasi-public goods,utility tunnel has a strong positive externality,and it is of great significance to quantitatively evaluate its comprehensive benefits including external benefits.This article adopts the function replacement cost method,opportunity cost method,condition value method,benefit transfer method and other methods to evaluate the external benefits of utility tunnel,systematically proposes a comprehensive evaluation index system.The mathematical model of monetization evaluation of each index are proposed and the example calculation are carried out,which visually shows the important economic significance of the construction of utility tunnel.更多还原
