三种饲料对克氏原螯虾生长、肌肉品质及非特异性免疫的影响
Effects of three different feeds on the growth performance, muscle quality and non-specific immunity of crayfish, Procambarus clarkii

【摘要】 本试验以初始体重(6.64±1.24)g的克氏原螯虾幼虾为试验对象,在9口大小和养殖环境基本一致的养殖池塘中开展三种饲料的投喂对比试验。试验在5-6月进行,所投喂饲料分别为小龙虾的生物发酵饲料("五谷虾粮")(1)与两种商用硬颗粒饲料(D2、D3),试验周期为60 d。养殖试验结果显示:(1)三组的相对增重率大小顺序为D1>D3>D2,且D1组显著大于D2组(P<0.05);三组之间的体长增量无显著差异(P>0.05);(2)虾肉率顺序为D1>D2>D3,且D1组和D2的虾肉率显著大于D3组(P<0.05);虾黄率顺序为D1>D2>D3,且D1组的虾黄率显著大于D3组(P<0.05);虾肉水分、肉样pH、滴水损失、蒸煮损失与熟肉率等指标在三组之间无显著差异(P>0.05);(3)D1组的血清和肝胰腺中的溶菌酶活性均显著大于D2和D3组(P<0.05)且D2和D3组无显著差异(P>0.05);D1组和D2组血清中的碱性磷酸酶活性均显著大于D3组(P<0.05),D1和D2组无显著差异(P>0.05),肝胰腺中的碱性磷酸酶活性三组无显著差异(P>0.05);血清和肝胰腺中的酸性磷酸酶的活性D1组>D2组>D3组,且D1组显著大于D3组(P<0.05);D1组和D2组肝胰腺的过氧化氢酶显著大于D3组(P<0.05)。试验结果表明,生物发酵饲料不仅可显著促进克氏原螯虾的体重增重和虾肉品质,而且可明显改善与提升其非特异性免疫能力。
【Abstract】 Procambarus clarkiijuvenile shrimps with the initial weight of(6.64 ± 1.24) g were selected as the experimental models, and the feeding contrast test of 3 different feed was carried out in 9 aquaculture ponds which basically have the same size and aquaculture environment. The experiment was carried out in May and June, and the period was 60 days. The feeds were the fermented feed of Procambarus clarkii shrimp( "Wugu Xialiang")(D1) and two kinds of commercial hard grain feed(D2, D3). The culture experimental results showed as follows:(1) The weight increment sequence of the three groups was D1 > D3 > D2, and the weight gain of the D1 group was significantly greater than that in the D2 group(P < 0.05); there was no significant difference between the three groups(P>0.05).(2) The rate of shrimp meat gains was D1 > D2 > D3, and the rate of shrimp meat gains with D1 and D2 was significantly greater than that in group D3(P < 0.05), and the order of shrimp yolk gains was D1 > D2 > D3, and the shrimp yolk gains rate of D1 group was significantly greater than that of D2 group(P < 0.05), and there was no significant difference in shrimp meat moisture, shrimp meat pH, drip loss, cooking loss and cooking meat rate between the three groups(P>0.05).(3) In group D1, the serum and hepatopancreas lysozyme activity was significantly greater than that in group D2 and D3(P < 0.05), and there was no significant difference between group D2 and D3(P>0.05). Alkaline phosphatase activity of serum in group D1 and D2 was significantly greater than that in group D3, and there was no significant difference between group D1 and D2(P>0.05). There was no significant difference in alkaline phosphatase activity of hepatopancreas between the three groups(P>0.05). The order of serum and acid phosphatase activity in hepatopancreas was D1 > D2 > D3, and the acid phosphatase activity in D1 group was significantly higher than that in D3 group(P < 0.05). Catalase in hepatopancreas of group D1 and D2 was significantly higher than that of group D3(P < 0.05). The experiment results show that biological fermented feed not only can significantly promote the body weight gains and shrimp meat quality of Procambarus clarkii, but also significantly improve and enhance its non-specific immunity.
