pH值对蒙古鲌消化酶活性的影响

【摘要】 在30℃的条件下设置不同pH值(6.2、6.6、7.0、7.4、7.8),采用考马斯亮蓝法和分光光度计法对蒙古鲌(Culter mongolicus)肝胰脏和肠道中的蛋白酶、淀粉酶和脂肪酶的活性进行了研究。结果表明,pH值为6.2-7.8之间各部位的各种消化酶活性都是呈先上升再下降的趋势,肝胰脏中各种消化酶活性在不同pH值下差异性显著(p<0.05),肠道各部位中各种消化酶活性在不同pH值下无差异性(p>0.05)。pH7.4时各部位的消化酶活性最高,蛋白酶活力强弱顺序为前肠(236.65)>肝胰脏(167.13)>中肠(62.64)>后肠(47.10);淀粉酶活力强弱顺序为肝胰脏(12.34)>前肠(3.17)>中肠(2.59)>后肠(2.28);脂肪酶活力强弱顺序为肝胰脏(186.74)>前肠(51.51)>中肠(37.69)>后肠(17.28)。说明蒙古鲌的肝胰脏和前肠为其主要消化器官。

【Abstract】 Preliminary explore the city of Changde Zaoshi reservoir in Mongolian Culter(Culter mongolicus) of digestive enzyme activity can provide reference for its artificial rearing conditions, so as to reduce the cost of artificial breeding, increase production and efficiency of breeding. Under the condition of 30 set up different pH(6.2, 6.6, 7.0, 6.6, 7.0),use the coomassie blue ℃staining and spectrophotometer method was adopted to Culter Mongolicus liver pancreas, foregut, midgut and hindgut of protease, amylase and lipase activity were studied. The results show that the pH of 6.2-7.8 from all parts of digestive enzyme activity were all showed a trend of rise and fall of the first, all kinds of digestive enzyme activity in liver pancreas under different pH have difference(p<0.05), intestinal digestive enzyme activity in various parts of no difference under different pH(p>0.05). In pH7.4, the digestive enzyme activity was the highest in all parts, and the activity of protease activity was in the order of the anterior intestine(236.65)>the liver pancreas(167.13)>the middle intestine(62.64)>the posterior intestine(47.10). The order of amylase activity was the liver pancreas(12.34)>anterior intestine(3.17)>middle intestine(2.59) > posterior intestine(2.28). The dynamic order of lipase activity was the hepatic pancreas(186.74)>anterior intestine(51.51)>middle intestine(37.69)>posterior intestine(17.28). This indicates that the liver pancreas and anterior intestine of Culter Mongolicus are the main digestive organs.
