中华绒螯蟹“诺亚一号”863生态养殖模式

【摘要】 近年来,随着我国河蟹产业飞速发展、养殖产量成倍增长、养殖经济效益显著提高,河蟹主产区(长江中下游地区)开始出现不同水系河蟹的无序引入和育苗生产上的逆向选择及累代繁育,造成长江水系河蟹种质严重混杂和退化。2016年淡水渔业研究中心联合其他两家机构共同研发出"诺亚一号"中华绒螯蟹(品种登记号:GS-01-005-2016)。在国家提倡生态环保的养殖模式和养殖技术全面升级的情况下,"诺亚1号"创新采用863生态养殖模式。本文将研究内容分为两个部分,第一部分:蟹塘养殖初期的标准化工业池塘改造:1、土方清淤及改造工程2、增氧设施工程3、围栏护坡工程4、池塘道路。5、渔业电力6、安防监控设施。第二部分:从扣蟹放养到成蟹的上市期间的养殖工作:1、水草种植管理技术2、扣蟹放养技术3、水质管理技术4、底质改造技术5、成蟹投喂技术6、成蟹蜕壳养护技术。经过2017、2018年在阳澄湖地区的养殖,中华绒螯蟹"诺亚一号"863生态养殖,探索出一条既有养殖效益、又有生态效益的养殖模式新道路。在市场发展和绿色环保的大环境下,每个河蟹养殖区探索研究出与当地环境相适宜的生态养殖模式已成为河蟹养殖的趋势。
【Abstract】 In recent years, with the rapid development of Chinese river crab industry, the yield of culture has increased exponentially, and the economic benefit of breeding has been improved significantly. In the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River,breeding in seedling production began to occur, resulting in a serious intermingling and degradation of river crabs germplasm.This paper divides the research into two parts. The first part: the transformation of standardized industrial ponds in the initial stage of crab pond culture: 1, earthwork desilting and retrofitting engineering 2, oxygenation facilities 3, fence slope protection 4, pond road. 5, fishery electric power 6, security and monitoring facilities. The second part: the breeding work during the period from stocking crabs to adult crabs: 1. Planting and management techniques of water and grass 2, techniques of stocking crabs 3, water quality management technology 4, sediment transformation technology 5, adult crab feeding technology 6, adult crab molting and curing technology. Therefore, under the environment of market development and green environmental protection, it has become the trend of river crab culture to explore and study the ecological breeding model suitable for local environment in each river crab culture area.
